🐋 The Role

You'll support our field testing operations on the lake, working closely with [name] to keep our USV/AUV platforms validated and field-ready. This is a part-time role alongside your studies, with real exposure to how a robotics platform gets tested and proven in the field.

• Support lake testing operations — setup, launch, monitoring, and recovery of USV/AUV platforms
• Process and clean data collected during field tests (sensor logs, imagery, telemetry)
• Generate 3D reconstructions from field-collected data
• Troubleshoot issues that come up during testing — comms dropouts, sensor calibration drift, mechanical faults during recovery
• Write clear test reports and summaries for the engineering team
• Help maintain test equipment and keep field operations organized and repeatable
