The Role

Founders Associate

This is an extremely hands-on role for someone who wants to see how a frontier robotics company is built from the inside. You will work directly with the CEO across operations, customer pipeline, pilots, fundraising (public & private), partnerships, and internal structuring. Your work will have visible impact on Bubble’s global trajectory, from Zurich to offshore pilot sites in Europe and beyond.

You will have exposure to:

• Cutting-edge robotics development and testing
• Customer conversations with offshore wind developers, ports, labs and defense actors
• Preparation and execution of pilots at sea
• Investor, grant and partnership pipelines
• Strategic decisions shaping the company
• Field operations, conventions, and travel depending on pilot schedules

This is not a classic internship. It is a founder-track role for someone who wants to learn how to build a deeptech company in real time.
